Billing questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — up to 50 students and 5 staff logins, with no time limit and no card. It is meant for a small school or a pilot in one section before you roll out.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Nothing is charged automatically. At the end of the trial you either add a payment method to continue on the paid plan, or the account drops to the free tier — your data stays where it is either way.

Do you charge per student?

No. Each plan has a student ceiling, but you pay one flat monthly price whether you are at 40 students or 300. Crossing the ceiling means moving up a plan, not a per-head bill.

Are there setup or training fees?

No setup fee on any plan. Pro includes an onboarding call; Starter and Free are self-serve with the import templates and documentation.

How do we pay?

UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking, billed monthly or annually in rupees. Annual billing works out to two months free.

Can we change plans later?

Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately with the remainder of your term prorated; downgrades apply from the next billing date.
